Neue Testversion 18.40b17

Post by Gerhard Huber »

Hallo,

es gibt wieder eine neue Testversion 18.40b17.

Windows:
www.pl32.com/beta/pl1840b17.zip

Mac OS X:
www.pl32.com/beta/plx1840b17.zip

Neues:

I have trouble using distort and liquify. Seams this beta bug.
Please someone confirm.

I can confirm this: some graphical errors and a preview dislocation (bottom right of the cursor), while using (while holding mouse button and drawing) and on button release the changes made are dislocated, too; but neither in the place of the cursor nor in the place, where the graphical errors predicted (top left).

The "Distort" tool seems to work on OS X 10.9.4 – however, there is a problem with "Liquify". There is no visible change, but files saved with a "Liquify" adjustment layer show some changes when loaded into PL 18.02. So this seems to be a display issue.

Cheers

I can confirm this here: the Distort tool works, Liquify has problems (OS X 10.9.4).

Liquify will be fixed in the next version.

Wow! I just noticed the "Delete" entry at the bottom of the Recent Files list. Works great!
Thanks! :D

Indeed! – maybe "Clear Menu" would be a bit less ambiguous – maybe also add a separator line between file names and "Clear" command, to make the entry more visible (most Mac programs do it that way).

On Mac OS the Recent Files are a submenu. And at least here on my Mac there is a separator between the filenames and the Clear command.

On Windows the Recent Files are a part of the File menu, so a separator between the filenames and the Clear command might make the situation ambiguous.
