They are now part of the updated tablet options. If you choose "Edit presets" in the tool settings, you can activate "Random" (which is equivalent to the old jitter) for various painting/brush properties.
Pixel grid is excellent addition! I am experiencing some strange display refresh behaviour, though - will investigate further, and report back.
Another thing I noticed: the guide snapping/align to auto guides no longer works in the last two betas?
*edit* it seems with pixel snapping active, guides no longer can be snapped to.

Thanks for the reply.
I have to be honest, I prefer the old way of controlling the brush, this looks complicated and not so workflow/user friendly since we have to click ok every time to see the changes and open the panel again to adjust the values. Maybe if this new table could be added over the brush editor panel it could help a little bit.

I am not sure about the precise wanted behaviour.
Positions can snap horizontally and vertically. So if a position is snapping horizontally/vertically to a (auto) guide or the grid, it should no longer snap to the pixel grid? Or should it snap first to guides/grid and afterwards snap the already adjusted position to the pixel grid? Or something completely different?

Pixelraster?
Wo und wozu?
Für Webgrafik, um Vektorobjekte am Pixelraster auszurichten. Damit werden unscharfe (geglättete) Kanten verhindert/reduziert.

I just have discovered that Flood Fill tool can create a Vector Layer, that is awesome, I love it. Although, the only inconvenience now is that if I work on a pure vector layer document I have to create a "dummy" picture layer in order to have access to the Flood Fill tool and this is not so workflow friendly. Could this tool somehow keep visible even if there is a vector layer selected?.
