0.1 degree step is too large for you? By the way, i notice that it is impossible to type degree step smaller that 0.1. But same time you can move manually to smaller steps at large zoom levels.
Maybe it make sense to add 0.01 precision to type input values limit? Or add option in program settings to manually limit precision to type input to 0.1 or 0.01 or 0.001?

As long as the rotate layer tool (the one in the tools panel) respects the layer rotation point, I will be happy.

But I do agree finer steps in the input field would be nice to have as well.

I also vote for this request list.

Previously I posted a request for making symmetrical drawings. The underlying cause was the rotate layer tool did not respect the rotation point.
Would that point get respected, it is much easier to make such kind of drawings.

The latest beta respects the rotation point. Thank you! This already helped me with my work today.
