Can't buy the upgrade

Your credit card processor rejects my cards, there's no way I can buy the 19 upgrade for Mac. Nothing wrong with the cards. Is this some sort of temporary site problem?

Although I tried All three of my cards and all three got the "there was a problem" message, my Cap One card immediately showed a charge of 31.72 for PhotoLine at www.pl32.de. The other two cards post the next day, so I can't see them yet. I have not received an email with a license code or whatever as yet from you. Needless to say I am not buying it three times.

not really useful for the forum, but some tips for credit card payment.
There are many credit cards that don't work for foreign transfers.
If you have problems, just use "PayPal". Setup to English and you can pay here with your card - you don't need to have an account.

That is the time difference. It was night when you mailed support - allow them some time to figure out what happened. It is 8am now in Germany.

Btw, I live in Canada, BC, and I had no issues at all with PayPal (which charges my credit card).

Gerhard never got the payment, so I tried PayPal with the same card, everything seemed normal, no PayPal message about the transaction, did not appear in my card acct, he never got it. There's no problem with the card itself.

After waiting a day, everything was normal and the payment was processed, upgrade received, etc. Victim of complexity, I guess.
