Hello people
Peter over on the Canvas list just came up with this link to free cutout people:
http://vyonyx.com/index.php/category/down/cutout-people
They look quite useful. You delete the two extraneous layers and you have the photo figure on a transparent background.
Files are up to a couple of megs and most are .psd format. A few are .tif format, and these won't open properly. Canvas opens them as colour garbage, PL32 opens them as flattened, when they should be three layers (as the .psd files are).
Peter delved into them to see what cheap, crummy program produced these faulty .tifs. The answer?
Photoshop CS2.
As Peter said at that point: "laughing diabolically ..."
Cheers, Geoff
