Fixed: Stamp Tool "Shift" does not draw line

Win7 Pro x64 SP1
PL 19.50 x64 (also the current beta)

When using the Stamp Tool, holding down the Shift key does not create a straignt line, it changes the brush size.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select the Stamp Tool.
2. While holding down the Shift key, press the left mouse button.

Result:
The brush size is changed (same as holding down the Ctrl key).

Expected result:
The straight line function, as with the Painting Tool and others.
