Text entry in "Pause" action step

Wow! This one had me going nuts for well over an hour....

I have an action which includes a "pause" step. I could not get the descriptive text that is shown when paused to include the "&" character. Finally, by trial-and-error, I found that this character needs to be doubled when creating the text:

This is definitely something that should be mentioned in the Help file for actions.

Perhaps this (and any other "special" text entry concerns) could also be an information section in that "Pause" entry dialog window.

Seems to be a Windows issue. The "&" character behaves normally in OS X. To maintain compatibility between OS X and Windows, this needs to be fixed elsewhere, I think. Besides, being able to use "&" normally in Windows would also be more user-friendly than special instructions for special characters.
