Is it me or a bug?

Open PL. Open 4 photos. Cascade. I minimize one photo. Then maximize the next photo. I'm left with the vertical scroll bar over the photo. Not always but most often.
It this something I'm doing or a 'feature' of PL! It's not a major issue but does annoy me at the wrong times.

Yes, happens sometimes, not always. Sometimes the horizontal scrollbar stays, sometimes the vertical one.
