OK I've got an issue that I don't know what I did and I can't figure out how to undo it! Yes, user error.
My image has a dotted line/border around it. I imported a tiff. Then a second tiff. I copied the second tiff and pasted it as a second layer over the first tiff. Saved as a PLD. This is something I've done hundreds of times. But no matter what I do the dotted border stays. I've opened old images and they are just fine. It's just today that I've hit this issue. I've flattened the layers and saved as a jpeg. Closed the file. Opened again and the dotted border has gone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. So what setting did I much up?
thanks

Re: Dumb question
I think you had a lasso around?
Ctrl-D (Windows) Cmd-D (macOS) would remove it.
