The first original sky is overexposed.
I copied the pic twice. (One stays original)
Then I stretched out the second layer in a way that the overexposed sky is totaly gone on the right side.
The toplayer becomes a layer mask.
All you have to do now is to delete the sky on the toplayer and delete everyting else (Castle between the wooden roof)
Dehaze and some adjustments...Finished.
As always... It's the idea.
