I noticed we can now hold down shift to place a guide on the active page only! Thanks!

After using the Reset button in the Color Match dialog, any subsequent change distorts the colours:

New goodie coming?
I just noticed a new option in the tool settings for the Edit Vector Points tool -- an "Edit Document Colors" button:
(I'm hoping for Diffusion Curves.... )
Added:
Answering my own question: When a vector object contains a gradient fill and/or a gradient line colour, activating this button allows directly modifying the gradient(s) with the Edit Vector Points tool. In other words, you can now keep the EVP tool selected and modify vector shapes, gradient fills and gradient lines. Very convenient!
(I'll shut up about Diffusion Curves, now. But, I'll keep dreaming.... )
Any hints about what this will do? (I'm hoping for Diffusion Curves.... )

Re: New goodie coming?
Sorry to disappoint you, but I believe this is simply an option to hide the gradient, texture, and pattern on-screen widgets. They sometimes get in the way of editing shapes.photoken hat geschrieben:I just noticed a new option in the tool settings for the Edit Vector Points tool -- an "Edit Document Colors" button:

Nonetheless a really nice addition!
I do hope it will be possible in the next version to maintain the transformation of a gradient, texture, and pattern while being able to change to a different one.

Re: Neue Testversion 19.90b8
I also noticed that the performance problem with skewed, non-rectangular, textures and patterns is resolved in this latest beta. Thanks!

I would love to have diffusion curves, though. And bitmap/vector/combo (PL files) brushes along curves...photoken hat geschrieben:Yes, your description is more accurate than mine. Yep.Herbert123 hat geschrieben: I would love to have diffusion curves, though. And bitmap/vector/combo (PL files) brushes along curves...
At the risk of repeating myself, vector shapes extended along a path (also known as vector "brushes") is the main reason I use Illustrator and CorelDraw as external applications.
We've agreed about DC's before, but it's worth repeating that the only other thing PL lacks for vector illustration is the ability to create complex, asymmetrical vector shading/fills. I share your dislike for Vector Gradient Meshes, but I'm willing to accept that as a solution pending the resolution of various things regarding DC's.

Re: New goodie coming?
I think we can do one better by allowing any PLD file to be used for this - this would allow for a combination of both vector and bitmap brushes, as well as integrating options that are now part of the stamp tool (such as repeating objects).photoken hat geschrieben:Yep.Herbert123 hat geschrieben: I would love to have diffusion curves, though. Re: Neue Testversion 19.90b8
Just noticed that the "Fit to Selected" feature (just mentioned in http://www.pl32.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5347) seems not to work when no scrollbar is visible (at least under OS X 10.11.6). Same in PL 19.51.
To reproduce the problem, create a new document/image and a layer, e.g. vector square, inside. Then zoom out until the scroll bars disappear. Select the layer, then CMD-click "Full View"). The zoom factor is correct, but the position shown is wrong (often jumps to the lower right corner). Seems to be independent of the edge width settings in Preferences -> View -> Document.
Cheers
Burkhard.

Re: Neue Testversion 19.90b8
I can confirm this on Win10 x64 with PL19.90b8 x64.bkh hat geschrieben:Just noticed that the "Fit to Selected" feature (just mentioned in http://www.pl32.com/forum3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5347) seems not to work when no scrollbar is visible (at least under OS X 10.11.6).
The zoomed image is either scrolled to the top left of the entire image if one object is selected; or, if more than one object is selected, the bottom right corner of the selected objects is centered in the zoomed image editing window.
This might be related to the problem I've been reporting about the Magnifier tool: When clicking with the tool, the clicked point is not centered in the zoomed image editing window (as described in the Help).

Re: Neue Testversion 19.90b8
Geht das nur mir so oder funktioniert seit neuestem der Ghostscript-Import bei beiden aktuellen Versionen unter Windows 10 (64 Bit) nicht mehr?
(Ohne Redstone...trotzdem kaputt.)
Ich denke, dass Windows schuld ist, nicht PhotoLine, aber vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee.
