The biggest tutorial collection in German is from SCX.
He spent much time in converting one of his tutorials to English, so please comment this to show if you want to see more of it.

It really is appreciated by English speakers like myself.

Sadly, in Britain, alternative languages are not given the priority they should be in schools and I always feel very ignorant when people in other countries seem to speak English so well.
