It is very inconsistent that the Pages panel is missing these, and the only method to add a new page is either the title bar menu or right-mouse clicking.

03. Gleiches Prozedere, aber nur Lens Correction, -> OK
04. Anschliessend nur Perspective Correction ist sehr flüssig und lässt sich zurücksetzen.

Im ersten Ablauf steckt noch irgendwo ein Fehler drin.

Ist das richtig, dass mit der Lens Correction eine neue Ebene angelegt wird?

Seltsam. Bei mir verhält es sich in beiden Fällen gleich. Welche Bildgröße (in Pixeln) und Bildtyp hat dein TIFF?

Nein. Bei einem normalen Bild (wie bei deinem TIFF oben) sollte die Linsenkorrektur direkt angewendet werden. Bei Platzhalter-Ebenen wird eine Korrekturebene angelegt (ein Dynamischer Filter).
Bekommst du eine neue Ebene?

Hi all,

I must admit that I love the new option of disabling Icons in Menu, but now I would like to take it a little bit further.
I mean of cleaning a little bit the UI noise by hiding even the left "empty" part of the menu where the icons goes.
Like this: You can notice right away how much more calm and harmonic the UI looks like by just hiding it.

Hope it can be implemented.

the question is, where to show that a point is selected.

I can think of couple of alternatives.

1- The enable rows are permanently highlighted with a dim color.


2- Reduce the width of that empty space in half and get rid of that gray color and make the whole menu uniform.

I would increase the visibility of the check mark with orange color, if possible.

The same way I would do with any selected object, like layers are (in orange when selected).
Specially the selected tool in the tool panel. And also the mask icons in the same panel.

Is there any well-known application on Windows that doesn't reserve space for a checkmark at the left side of the menu?
But IMO the grey bar is unnecessary.

The selection is only colored in the control that has the input focus. If a control loses the input focus, the selection becomes gray.
I do not like the idea of undermining this principle.

Bug related to the pages panel:
- open a document or create one.
- open the pages panel, and select the page.
- try to save the file with Save As.

Result: nothing happens. The pages panel seems to block the file menu from working.

Agreed, the grey bar can be removed. Keep the space to accommodate the check-marks nicely.
