Hello, Is it possible to set the opacity of the Auto Transparency brush? Thank.

No, I don't believe so... For more control a layer mask could replicate that behaviour.
But it is actually a really interesting suggestion, and it would broaden the context in which the auto transparency brush could be used.

You can use the Layer Intensity to define the transparency:
