Moving hand and wintab space bar

hey everyone!

I noticed that when I check

OPTIONS > EXTENDED > PERIPHERY > GRAPHIC TABLET > use wintab driver

most the sliders move with the tablet pen and no need to double click.
But if I hold the space bar to move the image it only moves slightly and stops.
