Shows as accepting registration ... does not keep panel layouts.
Upon each restart, ask for register again.

The Windows version of PhotoLine has two possible ways to save its settings.
Normally it saves it settings in %appdata%.
If the user creates a folder "PhotoLineSettings" it saves it settings here. This is useful if you want to start PhotoLine from a moveable device.
I think you created such a folder.
The problem is, that this doesn't work in the "Programs" folder of Windows, since this folder is write protected.
So PhotoLine can't save it's settings and the registration.
