How to save custom brush ?

I give name but does not show in brush list.

The way I know needs 2 thimgs:
- The brushlist, "View > Lists > Brush List"
- The brush in the toolbox. That brush that's always there.
And then you can drag&drop that brush into the brushlist.

Creating own brushes works similar: Make a selection in your image, choose the layer tool (the normal arrow , key Q), and drag&drop the selection into the brush in the toolbox.

Do you know the name of a brush file extension and where the brush save location ?

You can save the brushlist from context menu, and the created file is a .plgd.
But it seems that other file formats are also supported.
