If you drag files to the dock icon, the order of files is handled by macOS. PhotoLine gets a file open for a single file, one after the other.
PhotoLine doesn't use palette files that you copy to the Preferences folder.
The list at the end of the menu is a recent files list. It is currently fixed to 6 entries.

Just same logic for all controls in all places is always feels nice. For example - hide layer handles, operate with mouse drag and see how object changing size in real time

Re: Neue Testversion 22.90b14
Ok, thanks for tip. Seems i understand incorrectly how presets files work.
By the way, i guess it may be useful if PhotoLine use more extended folders structure for presets. So user may simply add/remove presets files to dedicated "Brushes" "Colors" "Gradients" and other folders to make them appear/disappear in Lists menu. Similar to LUTs of ICC profiles placed to special folders inside PhotoLine preferences folder.
Or somehow else organize user presets in more controlled way. For example in "Presets" folder without sub folders but by special file name prefix.

Re: Neue Testversion 22.90b14
In other apps if i hide layer handles, i still can scale, rotate, screw layer with mouse if i "blindly" find those invisible handles. This really helps in special situations when layer needs adjusted visually by eye in art composition and so layer handles are unwanted.
But in PhotoLine currently if i hide layer handles - i can only move object by mouse.
Example from other app:

When PhotoLine loads a plug-in on starting, it saves the name of the plug-in to Crash.xml. And if the plug-in crashes, PhotoLine will tell you, that the last start failed because of that plug-in.

Re: Neue Testversion 22.90b14
- Turn on "Centered" in Layer Tool
- Switch to Vector Object Tool
- Go to Layer Attributes and change size from there
- Problem: "Centered" is ignored

Re: Neue Testversion 22.90b14
But isn't it logical use "Centered" in other vector/raster tools if "Centered" was enabled earlier in Layer Tool? I understand that situations like this are not too common and it is better always switch to Layer Tool to change size, but sometimes it happens.
Just an idea - maybe to avoid confusion add some sort of global "Centered" checkbox to Layer Attributes (somewhere under Scaling and Size)? And that checkbox may be synchronized with "Centered" toggle in Layer Tool. Or not synchronized...
