How do you educate yourself to take perfect pictures

Hello, Guys.

I have seen many people who are photoholic or we can say "photogenic". They don't need a professional camera or camera with high pixels, all they need is perfectness in their photo. In the same way, how you guys educate yourself that this is the way to take perfect photo whether it is taken with a phone or big camera.. or what are the major things considered while taking photos for those who are "non-photogenic"

Study, study, study; and think, think, think.

Look at the work of photographers throughout history whose work has been widely acknowledged as being "great/significant/important/etc.". You will find yourself gravitating to a few of them -- then read their comments about photography.

My personal opinion is that one should concentrate on photographers whose work has stood the test of time. In other words, don't get distracted by overview lists that merely tout currently trendy photographers. Their work is invariably shallow and trite, more concerned with immediate shock value than substance....

Perfection is very subjective IMHO.
