Line thickness

Hi,

I have this strange problem. Whenever I want to change the thickness of a line, for instance from 0,5 mm, the thickness will jump to perhaps 30 mm or more, or like this afternoon, from 0,01 cm to 472.44 cm. There seems to be no way between the pre-installed thicknesses.
Does anyone have this problem too?

Computer: PowerMac G5, 10.5.8

Thanks for your reply. I really do admire your enthousiastic engagement on the PL-forum.

This happened also with previous versions of PL. On my (intel) MacBookPro, on which I am writing this, I can click on the line thickness value and change it, like you suggested.

But if I open up the line-setup dialog, the chaos starts.

Thanks for the clarification. I can reproduce this behaviour with PL 16.00 64 bit on an Intel Mac running Mac OS 10.6.3 as well - I even get the same strange number.

When I open the dialog, everything seems ok. But as soon as I click into the Arrow width box, the value in the line width field changes. This only seems to happen when one uses units other than px, so this might be a conversion issue?
