Fixed: Title text for the Scale dialog

Not a big deal, but the Scale dialog:

looks incomplete. I think it would aid understanding if that dialog had "Scale" as its title text.

No, it happens all the time in PL 20.02 x64 and the current beta -- from the main menu: Layout...Document...Scale Document.

FWIW I see exactly the same as Ken. 64bit ver 20.02

I have no idea where the problem could be. I tested on Windows 7 and Windows 10 in German and English. Every test was OK.
I tested with a flat JPEG and "Layout > Document > Scale Document...".

Here, I am using Win10 1607 x64, English. All the latest updates installed.

On my computer it can not be a matter of an old strings file not being updated. When I get a new version of PL (beta or general release) the first thing I do is uninstall the old one, make sure the old directory no longer exists, and reboot the computer before installing the newer version of PL....
