Your experience with Picure Plus and PhotoLine?

1. Does anyone have used Piccure Plus and PhotoLine?
2. If so. Does Piccure Plus really makes a difference?

I have tried it and, like all PS plugins I have tried, it works well with PhotoLine. However I was not particularly impressed with the plugin (or the stand-alone tool) itself and it seems quite over-priced to me. Of course it makes clear that I am not the target for this software as I am not a professional photographer, but I find that the Topaz plugins (Detail and Studio) give me better results for less cost.
