Thanks, Martin, for your additional follow-up. This is a bit ironic because another DxO app -- FilmPack -- would not run correctly as a plug-in in PhotoLine. But with the latest release -- version 6 -- it works perfectly in PhotoLine.

It works now with the new Version 5.2.0 from Nik Collection.

Thank you for the feedback. I just tested this on macOS 12 with PhotoLine 23.02, Color Efex Pro 5 and Viveza 3 and both showed the Apply button. So it works on macOS, too.

Also thanks to oldradioguy, who probably initiated this change by his inquiry in the DXO forum.
