Color Channels Change when Printing in 16 Bit

Color Channels Change when Printing in 16 Bit

When I print a 16 bit image the channel changes to Red to Blue. This does not occur on an 8 bit image. If I use Channel Changer and use Blue to Red the printed output is correct. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

This error will be fixed in 13.02. In the meantime the simpliest way to avoid this problem is to reduce to 8 bit for printing.

Wow! I did not expect a reply so soon. I've read in several other newsgroups that support here is awesome! Now I believe it. I eagerly await for version 13.02. Your product is fantastic - I don't know how you guys do such excellent work. Believe it or not, I first heard about PL32 in a Corel news group. Wish I would have heard about this product sooner.
