Feature request: G'MIC integration to expand PhotoLine's filters set.
Would it be at all possible to integrate a bridge for G'MIC?

Why?Herbert123 hat geschrieben: ↑Mi 09 Aug 2017 03:01 Feature request: G'MIC integration to expand PhotoLine's filters set.
I downloaded the "gmic_qt_win64.zip" file, extracted the files into a convenient directory and added "gmic_qt.exe" as an external program in PL.
The GMIC filters are applied to the PL layer as with any external program.

Seriously?! Sigh, I should've tested that myself. Thanks Ken.photoken hat geschrieben: ↑Mi 09 Aug 2017 03:22Why?Herbert123 hat geschrieben: ↑Mi 09 Aug 2017 03:01 Feature request: G'MIC integration to expand PhotoLine's filters set.

Gentlemen, please ignore my previous request.
Btw, Ken, have you worked with those filters before? Some very interesting effects.

I haven't worked with them too much, just browsed through most of them in Krita.
You're absolutely right about there being some darned interesting effects in there. In particular, since one of my long-standing wishes is to find something that duplicates Photoshop's "Cutout" filter, I'm intrigued by a couple of the GMIC filters that look promising for that....
P.S., Thanks for posting the link in your original message. I'd never have discovered the standalone GMIC if not for that.

Prob: Quick Selection background brush leaves residue
Win10 1607 x64

When using the brush in the Quick Selection tool to define the background areas, small bits and pieces of lassoes are created around the edges of the brush strokes: Steps to reproduce:

When using the brush in the Quick Selection tool to define the background areas, small bits and pieces of lassoes are created around the edges of the brush strokes: Steps to reproduce:
- Open a JPG image.
- Use the Quick Selection tool to define the rectangular area to work on.
- Select the Background Brush in the Quick Selection tool settings, using a "hard" brush (the inner and outer diameters are the same). "Despeckle" is active.
- Brush over areas that should be considered as part of the background.

Re: Neue Testversion 20.40b13
English help:
When I point to "layout > vector > cut", the help opens for "edit > cut"
Also the tool "connect vector path" is called "join vector path" in the help, so it's not found by pointing at it.

Re: Neue Testversion 20.40b13
