Small confusion with Text frame resizing behavior:
- Extended mode with Layer Tool. Text transforms as normal object and keeps aspect ratio. I can press "Shift" to NOT keep aspect ratio.
- Extended mode with Text Tool. Text transforms as normal object and DON'T keeps aspect ratio. I need to press "Shift" to keep aspect ratio.
Is it possible to fix this problem and preserve "Proportional" and "Centered" toggles in Extended mode with Text Tool?

That's the expected behavior.
If you activate Layer Tool, behavior is set by the tool options

You can use "Shift" to invert this.
It is useful this way, because depending on the kind of layer you may sometimes want to get proportional or not.
The default behavior of the Text Tool is not proportional, because this would not be useful. Since "Shift" was not used, we implemented an additional proportional mode.
No problem, no fix.

"Web -> Web export" can't be recorded as Action.
"File -> Export" can't be recorded as Action.
Is this a bug?
Currently only "File -> Save As" works well as Action.
Save operations are a big problem in Actions.
So we didn't support any save operation in the past.
Since many users wanted to get the possibility to save, we added "Save As". I am not happy with this.
But we won't expand this to "Web Export" or "Export".

I guess non proportional scale is useful in Normal text mode when you adjust frame of text area. But even so why don't just preserve it to global "Proportional" and "Centered" toggles?
In Extended mode it is total disaster. To simply scale text in same way as any other object, i need to press Shift. (or Command+Shift if i work in "Normal" mode) Same time pressing Shift for any other object does the opposite.
Overall Text tool works opposite to any other object and don't preserves global "Proportional" and "Centered" toggles. I really can't see how it could be "not a problem".
In real life this cause a lot of problems when you work with mixed text/images/vector collages and always need to distract on that unusual text object logic.

Ok, maybe just add separate "Proportional" and "Centered" toggles to Text tool window to make things more friendly? So user can manually define the way how to use Text tool by default. For example similar toggles exists in Vector object and in Lasso window...
Example:
Exposure Adjustment "Lightness" -50 (it behave like middle-centered Darken/Brighten curve)
Curves Adjustment "Lightness" 25% (it behave like "Legacy Brightness" in Photoshop, or like "Offset" in Davinci Resolve) Why tool with same name produce different correction?
"Offset" in Exposure Adjustment. Not sure if "Offset" is a proper name for this type of correction. Or maybe it do offset some very special non linear way.
Offset -0.25
Offset +0.25

This adjustment layer is for compatibility with Photoshop. So, it behaves that way and the functions are called similar. At least in the german version.
And at least the first three parameters: Brightness and Contrast are missing in the regarding Photoshop layer and the Photoshop equivalent brightness/contrast layer behaves differently.
I didn't check, if a recent version has a bug, but generally this might happen - depending on the image and the values you chose. Change the values to something extreme and try it again to check.
