Hi. I'd appreciate your help.
Is it possible to change the auto guides fade out timing?
The red color guides remain on screen a couple of seconds after the mouse button is released.
This default behaviour has created a bit of distraction, delaying my next move until the guide lines disappear.
I'd like to set the auto guides to disappear as soon as the mouse button is released.
Thank you!

Re: Possible to change the auto guides fade out timing?
Faded or not, instant auto rulers are very distracting for my opinion.
Here is a small tip:
Enable:
Preferences -> Display -> Guides -> Alt-key Inverts snapping on: "Guides" and "Auto Guides"
Disable:
Preferences -> Display -> Guides -> Alt-key Inverts snapping on: "Grid" and "Pixel Grid"
Disable:
"View -> Alignment Helpers -> Align to Auto Guides"
This setup will allow you manually control when use Auto Guides. Objects will snap only when you hold Alt key.
