Assign Layer(s) to All Pages

The other day I had to apply the same adjustment layers, a new header and footer, and a watermark to ~90 pages in an existing pdf. All the pages consisted of scanned bitmap pages, and they were too vague.

If only PhotoLine had a simple option to share layers as virtual layers across a range of selected pages, it would have saved me so much time.

To expand on this, a symbol library and master page(s) option would be awesome to have.

But at this point I'd settle for an option to assign specific layer(s) to a selected range of pages as virtual copies.
