You need to load some LUT to the LUT Adjustment to make it produce problem as described. Also seems slowdown depends of LUT resolution. Here is example with 1D high resolution LUT:
I still can't reproduce the problem. The performance is always the same.
Does it depend on the dialogs that are opened? Is it faster after "View > Hide Dialogs"?

If i hide (or close) all panels, document zoom by mouse scroll feels slow anyway. So i guess it is not dependent of panels.
I also tested it on Windows 10 (virtual machine i use for testing) and can see the same slowdown. So it is not something specific to macOS.

I noticed a small confusion with "Correct Highlights" filter. Currently this filter available in Layer -> Adjustment Layer filters menu, but not available in Tool of Filter menus same as all other filters. Is this mistake or this filter is somehow special?
Also can you provide icon resource number for layer thumbnail for "Correct Highlights" so i can add it to my customized icons set? Currently "Correct Highlights" layer thumbnail use generic filter icon.
Outside Shadow, Outside Glow and other Layer Styles size feels very small and very limited. For normal work Layer Style size limit should be increased somewhere to 1000% instead of current 100%. This is very important for designer's work! Do you think is it possible somehow?
Example from other apps:
In addition to this list viewtopic.php?p=49335#p49335
Zoom with mouse scroll wheel is locked but zoom with keyboard shortcuts works when Layer Style window is opened and one of these Styles is selected and focused:
Glowing Outside
Glowing Inside
Outline Outside
Outline Inside
Outer Emboss
Inner Emboss
Special Emboss
Inner Blend
Create Texture
Window Shades/Tubes
Magnifier Effect

Strange. No problem here on macOS. Does it still happen when you restart PhotoLine with a clear preferences folder?

"Aquarelle" and "Texture Filter" don't open any settings window. They simply apply fixed effect. Is this a bug or those filters are designed to work like this?
They are designed to work like this, therefore there is no "..." after the menu title.
