Context Menu for Windows Explorer

Please add a context menu on Windows Explorer, a little menu with some entries like, Open with PL, Batch Converting, Apply Actions, and a submenu called "Convert To" with a list of the most used formats to a quick file convertion, this options can work with a folder or selected files on Win Explorer. Thanks.
