Hello,
when I take a photo with my Google Pixel 7a (latest software), sometimes a little preview appears in the upper left when opnened with PL 23.53. When I edit the photo and save it, this preview stays. Can this be solved?
Thanks!
In the current beta, PhotoLine doesn't load this "additional" picture any longer - there is a switch for it in the JPEG settings.
But he has only version 23
I tried that jpg option + 23.50, still all example photos came without an additional layer. Bad luck I guess. So maybe it's really something when flash is enabled?

Herr Doktor, ich bin mir ganz sicher, ich habe Atom! /Doctor, doctor, I'm sure, I've got atoms!
I used no flash. How can I delete this layer so it won't start again when I open another picture?
I can delete it manually but on next startup it's there again
This did not happen until I updated PL to the latest version.
PhotoLine can load all layers that are saved in a JPEG.
Some cell phones (iPhone, Google Pixel) now save additional layers with masks and the like.
These are loaded automatically, in older versions of PhotoLine this cannot be switched off - only deleted manually.
In version 24, beta version, there is a setting to completely disable the loading of such additional images.
OK, I will upgrade to v24.
EDIT: Done. Now I wait for the license hoping it'll work
EDIT 2: Thanks, I just received my new serial. Now where do I remove this layer from starting at default? Or do I need to get the beta somewhere?
Off-Topic: Kann man davon leben? Ich würde es dir wünschen!
