Also in "PhotoLine Default" seems in your set some colors are duplicated, some missing, and some are from other palette:

Here is my small contribution. Colors palettes exported manually one by one from macOS Mojave default color collections. Original color names also added:

Should "Pixel Art -> c64 pepto extended" palette look like this with many empty black colors? or is this a bug?

If the palette was drawn in the right width, it shows some typical gradients on a black background.
