The new brush cursor is brilliant! The dot works really well. Thanks!

The palettes panel(s) feel nicer to work with. Before I couldn't drag and drop groups easily or at all. Now that works like a charm, and it is simple to rearrange groups.

Btw, is it just me, or does this version feel snappier? Loading files seems faster. It starts up faster, I believe.

Some other problems fixed in 24.40b13 added to Large List of Bugfixes 2019-2024:
  • Request/Idea: Independent on/off toggles to show Brush Circle and Crosshatch.
  • Request/Idea: Sign * in window title bar to show if Single Channel Mode was enabled in Extreme Value settings.
  • Request/Idea: "Close Tab Group" in panel menu and additional commands in panel settings menu.
  • Request/Idea: User setting to show/hide "close" and "expand/collapse" panel buttons.
  • In Hue Editor docking panel dropboxes activated only from second click
  • Effects->Shape Tools->Bend image keyboard arrow keys in curve editor work incorrect. Up/Down keys move point Right/Left, and Left/Right keys move point Up/Down
  • English translation missing when on/off Transparency in Actions list.
  • Duplicated action always moved to bottom of the actions list.
  • Picker cursor don't changes to normal cursor when it is outside patches area. Currently it feels a little strange to expand groups using picker cursor.
  • Legacy .pal and .aco formats imported to Colors list always reset to default after restart.
  • If drag color to the end of the row, it became outside palette group.
  • macOS program crash when ungroup large group of Palettes and then switch between list tabs
  • Program crash in macOS when add color from macOS Colors to empty PhotoLine Colors panel.

Just a small idea for Windows UI. If you don't want return to solid slider handles in light UI mode for some reason, at least use normal dark color for handles outlines. Current light gray outline is really hard to see (and i am not the only one who noticed this)

The preview image in the ColorPerfect plugin interface is grainy in both 24.40b13 and 24.40b12.

That's really strange to see smooth preview in that plug-in. I don't use ColorPerfect, but as i remember preview always was grainy and hard to see in that plug-in in Ps and PL as well. And that was one of many reasons not use that plug-in at all.
By the way, for B/W scan in Linear gamma you can simply Invert and apply Cineon to g1.0 1D LUT directly in PhotoLine. This give you exactly same original film tonal look.

I can't replicate that problem here with my pictures. Can you send us your sample picture per email?
