Also, the radius plays an issue, it's a per-image setting.

And your working space has a big impact on the result - if you use sRGB, it will be ok, if you use any DPX related profile it looks awesome, if you use linear profile it will look "oh .. dear .. what the f".

If it is similar to windows, then you have to open the action-palette, right-click into it and choose "merge".

Exactly. Thanks, Hoogo. I did it some months ago. No reference so far as I could see in the Manual. T^he correct terminology in English would be "import" -- "Import Action".

We were discussing some interface ideas in respect of Nisus Writer Pro on the Nisus Writer forum a while back. I reckon there is a need to work through stuff so that right-click contextual menus handle stuff that you do pretty frequently and particularly, stuff that is related to selection or selected material because then you already have the mouse in hand. For stuff you do pretty rarely, like this case, I would suggest just dragging it into the palette, the palette recognizes it as the correct format, so it sucks it up. Or else there is an "import" command.

In fact you can just drop the file on the application icon. On Windows you can drop it on the main window.

I just tested that and it worked fine in both 64 bit mode and 32 bit mode with Rosetta, v.15 on MacBook 2 Ghz, OS X.6.4.

Good point... by the way, there is no real need for "Merge" in the sense expressed by you: one action can call another. You can also drag-n-drop an action step to another location or into another action - Smart!
