Shape control points clipped to canvas

I do lot of UI and icon designs, and I am considering Photoline as my next purchase, aside of UI problems described in other threads, there's one other problem I found, actually Photoline clips all shape control points to the canvas size. So if I create image 57x57px (iPhone icon) but I try to move Bezier control points out of the canvas I can't! Even if I zoom out, and enlarge it so the canvas is surrounded with gray border in the window, control points stay clipped.



This is I believe unwanted behavior and other bitmap or vector editors handle this case properly showing control points out of the canvas but PL does NOT.
I know there're "documents" in Photoline that have border, but I want to work with "images".
