PhotoLine 16, 64-bit crashes with Glitterato plug-in

PL 16, 64-bit is crashing when I attempt to run Flaming Pear's 64-bit plug-in, Glitterato.

1. Open an image
2. Duplicate layer
3. Attempt to apply plug-in to duplicate layer: Filter>Flaming Pear>Glitterato

(PL 16, 32-bit works fine with the 32-bit flavor of the Glitterato plug-in)

I have noticed the same behavior with some of the free plug-ins (64-bit) available from Flaming Pear. However, Flaming Pear's Super BladePro runs OK with it's 64-bit plug-in in PL.
