How to work only with integral (pixel aligned) values?

I work a lot at high zoom scales like 400%, unfortunately every time I create new vector shape, resize or move, layers get non-integral (non-pixel aligned) size&position values with decimal places, and afterwards I need to fix them with Layer properties, which is waste of time.

Is there any trick, setting or whatever to force PL to use only integral values?

Use Preferences -> Display -> Grid to set the grid distance to 1 px. Then select View -> Alignment helpsers -> Align to Grid. You should notice that points snap to integral values. To display the grid, use View -> Alignment helpsers -> Show Grid. The grid is only visible if you zoom in far enough.
