Put upload dimension limits where we can see them

I hesitate to upload any pictures to this forum because it is a frustrating business. I cannot remember the allowable dimensions. Can they be shown on the forum front-end? I just submitted a post with an attachment -- and it didn't meet requirements. So rather than layout the thing again, I turned it on its side, which is kind of silly, but there you go! if anyone gets a stiff neck reading it they can sue the site owners, not me!
