Lorad Highlights (luminosity) as a selection.

Noob question, how do you load only the highlights as a selection? I searched and loaded sovereign action but it's not what I'm really after? Just a simple selection of highlights to its own layer.

Tools -> Colors -> Select colors ... select white and then adjust the slider.
