Mention of these was just made on the Wizaerd's Canvas forum. They are free plug-ins, Photoshop compatible. Some look very interesting. Windows only, dammit!
Another one. You need to speak German, I think! it's actually a stand-alone utility, designed to give the same effect as raising the front of a view camera. So I am told! Or as Babelfish puts it: Das ist, was mir erklärt worden bin!

I don't have hands-on experience with the software (it's Win only), but the main point seems to be that it finds perspective correction values automatically. Apart from that, it's the same as PL's Lens Correction plus a restricted (vertical movements only) Rectify. Of course, instead of Rectify, one can the distortion feature in the Crop tool (my preference).
ShiftN is quite popular in the German dslr-forum. But I never gave it a try, when I have to rectify something, I always use the lasso-tool of PL.
Ximagic has some very useful free plug-ins for Mac/Win, 32/64Bit for denoising and dithering. But you have to be some kind of technician to love these plug-ins.
