Before we even start, let's get one thing clear -- shadows
do have a blue cast -- that's their real color. In this case, it's made more obvious than usual by the shadows on white clothing.
But the natural blue tinge of the shadows in this picture is exaggerated by the fact that the photo has an overall blue cast. Fix that by adjusting the white balance either using Filter / Automatic / White Point Correction or you can do it manually, Filter / Digital Camera / White Point. PL's automatic white balance correction is very good in my experience. (The automatic brightness correction is less good -- in this case, it makes the picture too light.)
Correcting white balance cuts down the blue cast but it leaves the grass just a little flatter than I like. So try using View / Toolbox / Contrast/Brightness to put a little more life into it by increasing the contrast a couple of clicks and decreasing brightness by one click.
Sure there is some blue lost from the jeans, but were they the right color anyway? One of the features of jeans is their washed out color. The color in the original looked too intense to me.
You can also tweak green and red a touch in Tool / Histogram Correction or Tool / Curves, but I don't think that adds much or even anything.
