Different output

Postby Juan » Tue 12 Jun 2012 12:02

Hi all,

I´m brand new in this color spaces thing ( I still have no clue  ) but anyway I would like to ask why this is happening.
The file is save as tiff 32bits.

Cheers

Looks like your image uses a linear gamma but doesn't have a colour profile. If such a file is opened in PL, the standard colour profile (as specified in Preferences -> Colour management -> Standard) is used, and the gamma values usually don't match.

There are two ways out of this problem: assign the proper colour profile to to the image, or adjust the gamma value manually, e. g. using Curves … or Histogram Correction.

That was the trick, adjusting the gamma with Curves.
Thank you. :)
