An interesting article, which also mentions the still existing weak points. A good documentation and on-line help system may be important, but however, is that in English software always the case!? Are all the major languages in software widely taken into account? I don't think so, it is merely a question of profitability when doing business. A German program is naturally first documented in German language and later on step by step translated into other languages.
