PDF creation is faulty when text has outline?

"429 Hargreaves St" should be dark and the email and web should be thinner, same for the "after hours and emergency" text

any help please

If there is a problem with the PDF export, the resulting PDF is usually not helpful for us. We need the source PLD in order to reproduce the problem. But of course you can remove all layers, that are not related to the problem.

The text with the "wrong" outline has a very strange line style (arrow with extreme extents and a line pattern, that doesn't play nice with butt caps). If you apply a simple solid line style, the problem is gone.

You are using line styles with a width of 0 (hair lines). Usually you shouldn't do this, because the effect of hair lines is device-dependent.
