Correct would be, if there where demosaic functions that can handle float images, I could try to support this in PhotoLine

OK, I'll see what trouble I can stir up with the author of DCRAW.
Out of curiosity, does PL internally use 32-bit floating-point calculations for its processing? In other words, if a non-RAW image (such as a 32-bit floating-point merged HDR image) is opened in PL, are all the PL functions done with floating-point precision?
