No matter how to handle transparence, some function should consider the transparence, such as channel to selection, select colors and so on.
After think over, I think that it is unnecessary to fully delete the pixel like PS, we can do better than only set the A to 0, but can control the R,G,B value at same time ( PL has the channel option when use eraser tool, but the option is useless, regardless of the channel setting, PL just set pixel's A value to 0, R,G,B value were untouched.
