Channel: copy as Layer

Hi, I need some help.

the question is pretty stupid, but I have troubles ..
I'd like to copy the content of a channel as a greyscale layer, how can I do that ?

In the Channels panel, select the channel you want to copy and use the "Channel to Layer" icon at the bottom of the panel. You can then copy that new layer to the Clipboard.
