Req: multi-screen scaling in Windows 8.1

I am considering buying a PC with QHD display (3200x1800). However, one things that i putting me off is that many apps will appear with tiny icons in the toolbar, menu etc due to the large real-estate of the screen. I know that PL lets you set the size of the icons in it's options, but that's not great if you have multiple screens of different sizes. Win 8.1 and later has the option of letting the App call an API to find out the resolution of the screen in use, and setting the icons automatically - it would be great to see that added to PL.
