Oil Paint filter alternative in Photoline

I thought this might be of interest to some of you. It is a Photoshop Oil Paint alternative, that actually does a better job. The x64 plugin works without any issues in Photoline: drop it in the plugins folder, and the plugin appears under "Noise".

Interesting filter, thanks for the link -- it seems to be a noise reduction filter, and not an "oil painting" filter.

However, the 64-bit version crashes PL. To reproduce the problem, apply the filter to an image, then use Edit...Undo to remove the effect. Attempting to use the filter again causes a hard crash of PL.

This is on Win7 Pro x64.
