Remove Brush bug in 19.50

In the Windows version, the tool settings for the Remove Brush are missing from version 19.50. Selecting the tool brings up the brush in Keep, but there appears to be no way for selection of Remove and Erase in this tool.

Is this an intended change for the Remove Brush? If so, how is the Remove Brush now expected to work?

I looked at the latest beta, and the tool settings are missing there, too.

As far as I can recall, the Remove Brush was always like this (it actually had fewer options in PL 19.03). Maybe you are mixing this up with another tool (maybe "Quick Select" or "Remove Object" in the tool settings for the lasso tool)?
